Launchmatic ("we", "us") is a small software and AI automation consultancy. This page explains what information we collect through launchmatic.net and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact form: when you send our form, we receive the details you enter — name, email, phone (optional), company, team size and your message.
• Email: if you email hello@launchmatic.net, we receive your message and address.
• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, discuss and deliver work you ask about, and keep basic business records. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Services we use

• Formspree receives and forwards contact form submissions to our inbox (Formspree privacy policy).
• Cloudflare hosts this website, routes our email and provides privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare privacy policy).
• Google (Gmail and Google Calendar) handles our email and call bookings.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then delete them. Ask us any time and we will delete your information unless we must keep it by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@launchmatic.net. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
