These terms cover your use of launchmatic.net. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both sides, which takes priority over this page.

The information on this site is general and provided as is. We try to keep it accurate, but it is not a binding offer. Published prices describe our standard packages; the final scope and price of any project are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Ownership of work

Under our standard project agreement, once a project is paid for, you own the code and deliverables we create for you. Third-party tools and services used in a project remain subject to their own licenses.

Confidentiality

We're happy to sign an NDA before any work begins.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site, for example by sending spam through the contact form or trying to interfere with its operation.

Links

We link to other sites, including products we have built. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Launchmatic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
